7/16 Terms of Service

Introduction

7/16 is a service where photos you cannot predict yourself are delivered to your friends, one per day.
Because the app is built on randomness, you are responsible for all photos that may potentially be shared.

These terms outline the rules for safe use of the service.
By using 7/16, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

To use this service you must:

• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• Comply with these terms and all applicable laws

Service Description

The service includes:

• Selecting up to 16 photos from your library
• Random selection of 7 from those 16
• Sharing one per day over a set period
• Anonymous sharing (when selected)
• Viewing and reaction features

The sharing order and selection results are not disclosed to the user in advance.

Photo Library — Special Provisions (Important)

This service includes a random selection feature.

By using it, you agree that:

• You have the legal right to share all 16 selected photos
• You have obtained consent from any third parties appearing in the photos
• You are responsible for excluding photos containing confidential, business, or personal information
• We are not liable for the consequences of shared content

Randomness is a core feature. We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of shared content.

Content Definition

Content refers to:

• Photos
• Comments
• Reactions
• Usernames
• Other posted information

You are solely responsible for your content.

Content License

You retain ownership of your content.

However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to:

• Store
• Display
• Distribute
• Process technically (compression, format conversion, etc.)

This license is limited to what is necessary to provide the service.

We will obtain explicit additional consent for any marketing use.

Prohibited Activities

The following are prohibited:

• Sharing photos of third parties without consent
• Pornography, violence, discrimination, or hate speech
• Harassment
• Impersonation
• Bot usage
• Scraping
• Service disruption
• Content related to the sexual exploitation of minors (subject to immediate permanent suspension)

Enforcement Policy

We may take the following actions:

• Content removal
• Warning
• Temporary suspension (up to 30 days)
• Permanent suspension

Severe violations (e.g. CSAM) result in immediate permanent suspension.

Account Deletion

• Users may delete their account at any time
• Accounts inactive for 2 years may be deleted after prior notice

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is".

We are not liable for:

• Actions of other users
• Relationship issues arising from shared photos
• Data loss
• Loss of profits

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the lesser of the amount paid in the preceding 12 months or 10,000 JPY.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
